Fourteen days to set up. Then it runs.
Paste your URL. The agent builds the list, watches for signals, writes, works the replies, and books — including the parts most outbound tools leave to you.
01
Step 01 · Point it at your ICP
Days 1–7Connect your site. Confirm who you sell to.
Paste your URL and, if you have them, a handful of closed-won accounts. The agent reads your positioning, drafts an ICP — segment, size, stack, trigger — and shows it to you as a list of real companies before it sends anything.
- No CSV upload
- Editable ICP
- Preview the list
02
Step 02 · It finds the signals
ContinuousThe list gets watched, not blasted.
Hiring posts, funding, stack changes, leadership moves, repeat visits to your pricing page. Every account carries a live score across fit, intent, authority, and timing — and only crosses the threshold when there is a real reason to write.
- 40+ signal types
- 4-axis scoring
- Threshold you set
03
Step 03 · It writes the send
Per accountOne message, about one company.
The agent writes from the trigger: what happened, why it matters to that role, and a specific ask. You can approve every send while you build trust, then move to autopilot once the replies start reading the way you would have written them.
- Approve or autopilot
- Your voice, learned
- No merge tags
04
Step 04 · It works the reply
MinutesInterest, objection, or referral — handled.
Replies get read and classified. Common questions get answered from your own docs, referrals get followed to the right person, and anything genuinely unusual lands in your inbox with the full thread and a suggested response.
- Intent classification
- Answers from your docs
- Escalates the rest
05
Step 05 · It books the meeting
Same threadOn your calendar, with the context.
The agent negotiates a time against your real availability, sends the invite, and briefs you on who you are meeting, which signal triggered the outreach, and what they actually said. No-shows get rebooked automatically.
- Calendar-aware
- Pre-meeting brief
- Auto-rebook
The loop is the product. Every booked meeting sharpens which signals the agent trusts next week.
Inside the loop
The shortest path between a signal and a signed deal.
The hard part of outbound was never the sending. It was noticing the moment a company started caring, and getting there before anyone else. That window is days wide and it closes quietly.
We had the list. We even had the tools. What we never had was someone watching for the trigger at 6am on a Tuesday. The first meeting it booked came from a signal I would have seen three weeks late.

FAQ · what teams ask first
Questions before you turn it on.
Ask the rest on the demo. You will be talking to the people who built the agent.
Q
Do I need a lead list already?
No. Building the list is the first thing the agent does. Point it at your site and your best existing customers, and it infers the ICP and sources matching accounts with verified contacts. If you do have a list, you can import it and the agent will score and enrich it instead.
Q
How long until the first meeting?
Setup runs fourteen days: we build the ICP with you, then provision and warm the sending domains, mailboxes and LinkedIn seats. First sends go out on day 14, and most teams see replies inside that opening week — the exact pace depends on how many accounts in your ICP are showing live signals right now.
Q
What about deliverability? I only have one domain.
The agent sends from warmed secondary domains by default, so your primary domain is never the one burning reputation. It respects per-domain volume caps, recipient timezones, and backs off automatically when engagement on a sending identity starts to slip.
Q
I'm pre-revenue. Will this still help?
Especially then. Before you have a repeatable motion, the expensive part is figuring out which segment actually replies. The agent runs that experiment across your whole addressable list in parallel and shows you which trigger and which role converts.
Q
Will it email someone we are already talking to?
No. Connect your CRM and inbox and the agent suppresses live opportunities, existing customers, closed-lost accounts inside your cooldown window, and anyone a teammate has emailed recently. Suppression is checked at send time, not just at list build.
Q
How much control do I keep over what it writes?
As much as you want. Start in approve-every-send mode, edit the drafts, and the agent learns your corrections. Most teams move to autopilot in the second week and keep approval on their top-tier accounts.
